Terms of Service

This page is placeholder scaffolding written to cover what OfferPe actually collects and does today (referencing the app's real data model, including India's DPDP Act, 2023 in mind) — it is not legal advice, has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and must not be published or relied on as a final policy before that review happens.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an OfferPe account or using the OfferPe app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

OfferPe is a cashback platform covering two channels: cashback on qualifying purchases made through OfferPe at partner online brands, and instant in-store discounts at partner physical stores, redeemed via a QR code or Unique Code shown in the app ("Scan & Pay").

3. Your account

You sign up with your phone number, verified by a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account per person.

4. Cashback and discounts

  • Cashback earned through OfferPe is credited to your in-app wallet as withdrawable cashback — it is not cash and it can be transferred to a bank account, UPI or redemed as Gift Cards.

  • Online cashback is provisional until confirmed by the partner brand, and may take time to track and approve; a purchase can be rejected by the brand (for example, if the order is cancelled or returned) even after tracking as pending.

  • In-store discounts, once confirmed at checkout, are final — the corresponding cashback is credited to your wallet immediately.

  • Offer availability, discount rates, and participating stores/brands may change at any time.

5. Referrals

Where a referral program is active, both you and the person you refer may receive a bonus once the referred user completes a qualifying transaction, at the amounts shown in the app at the time. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to redeem an offer fraudulently, sharing your account or one-time codes with someone else to redeem an offer on your behalf, or attempting to manipulate the referral program. We may suspend or terminate an account for misuse.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of the independent stores and brands you transact with through OfferPe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the cashback amount in dispute.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
